Pesach - First Night Seder
Our first night Seder is a smaller event, for which we expect about 50 participants. This event is free, to ensure everyone in the community has an opportunity to attend a Seder. We use grape juice instead of wine, and each table has a communal Seder plate featuring the usual six food items (with a ginger root in place of a lamb shank). We add an orange (symbolizing diversity), sunflower seeds (support for Ukraine), and pomegranate seeds (in support of Israel).
Pesach - Second Night Seder
Our second night Seder is our large Seder, for which we charge enough to cover the cost of the catered meal. We expect about 160 people at our second night Seder. Every person has their own seder plate, featuring the usual six elements (ginger root in place of a lamb shank), plus an orange, sunflower seeds, and pomegranate seeds. We use kosher wine, and offer a small amount of red and white wine at each table. This is a large, higher-scale event, with attendees fully  participating, singing, and an upbeat atmosphere when appropriate.
Children who participate in the afikomen search are given a prize.

Family Chocolate Seder
Our Chocolate Seder has become a heavily attended event. The elements of the seder plate are translated primarily into chocolate and some sour candy. Chocolate milk is served instead of grape juice. Every attendee gets their own seder plate. It, too, is free to Congregation Albert members, in the interest of making the Pesach seder easily attendable and accessible for families- particularly those with younger children.
